Hey dolls, in this video I will share my honest thoughts on the new urban decay ultraviolet palette. From the looks in the pan these are very vibrant colors for a total of 12 shadows but once applied they transfer more soft and subtle great for step above Claires makeup! In a GOOD way! This has been my go to palette its light, and very good for vintage/retro/90's makeup looks! For better color payoff I would recommend using a sold white concealer or eyeshadow base smash box has a good white shadow!
