RVS Mani was Under Secretary in the Internal Security division of MHA when everything from Malegaon blasts to 26/11 happened. In shocking revelations he described how Ishrat Jahan was a terrorist whom UPA dubbed as innocent, and that the Congress govt had information that the Malegaon and Samjhauta Express blasts were done by an Islamic group but the Congress chose to frame Hindus for this. A similar plan had been cooked up for 26/11 which failed.
