Chrysler Pacifica 500 Amp Fuse Keeps Blowing - Low Coolant

I Was Having a hard time finding what issue this minivan had the first time it came to the shop but the second time around it came I had more clues on what the issue was .. and this is what I found!
from what I see this issue is common from 2017-2024
