Ep 1 - Getting ready for The Bloody Long Way Home

A video editor I am not, a tramper I was not. However at the maturing age of 61 I decided I had to tramp the 3000km #TeAraroaTrail. I trained for 10 months with long walks carrying weights in a pack. On one such session a mate, Andy Morton came with me & did some filming. He also came with me on the first 3 days of the odyssey. Andy cut some of his footage together & I have added in some other pieces to use as a trailer. I will look to post a 10-15 minute videos each week from what ended up being, for medical & injury reasons, a 6 1/2 month journey. There were a few twists to the narrative!
