Rappin' 4-Tay - Playaz Club [Legendado]

Playaz Club é o principal single do álbum “Don't Fight the Feelin” do Rappin' 4-Tay lançado em 1994 sob o selo das gravadoras Chrysalis Records e Rag Top Records. A música foi produzida por Cyrus Esteban e Franky J e é o maior hit da carreira do Rappin' 4-Tay, sendo considerada um clássico do G-Funk e do Rap da Costa Oeste dos EUA em si, com destaque aos anos 90.

• Reel-To-Reel é o nome do estilo antigo de gravação de cassete de carretel grande e o SP-12 é uma bateria eletrônica e sampler, que é considerada a 1° desse tipo a ser comercialmente bem-sucedida. Além disso, ela foi muito usada pelos produtores de Rap naquela época.

• Lugares de São Francisco citados (que é a cidade natal do 4-Tay): Fillmore, HP (Hunters Point), Sunnydale, Lakeview, P.H. (Potrero Hill), Army Street e etc. Lembrando que muitos desses lugares eram considerados na época como ‘regiões ruins’ de São Francisco com alto índice de violência, pobreza e tráfico de drogas. E Golden State é um apelido de São Francisco.

• OGs: Original Gangster (gangstas veteranos/mais experientes).

• Senhorita Goody Two-Shoe: Goody Two-Shoe é o nome de um conto infantil que basicamente é uma variação da história da Cinderela. Nessa história a garota vive apenas com um calçado e quando ela finalmente ganha um par de calçados, ela fica tão feliz que solta essa frase, que é muito lembrada no conto. Assim Goody Two-Shoe é usado para se referir à uma pessoa que é virtuosa ou benfeitora, só que no caso da senhorita do Rappin, a gente pode entender que ela fica atrás dele para ser recompensada com luxo, algo que ele não vai fazer.

• Biggity Biggity O possivelmente seja um apelido para Oakland e o que soma ainda mais é que justo na hora que é falado isso parece que mostram uma cena do estádio Oakland Coliseum no clipe.
