How to - Spot weld with your tig welder

This video shows how to use tig welder as a spot welder, really cool trick to quickly assemble sheet metal parts leaving a clean, flat weld.
1. use blunt end of tungsten ( flat end )
2. set tungsten just below flush
3. double normal operating amps
4. hold cup flush and work pieces tight together ( clamped )
5. fully initiate arc - hold 2 to 3 seconds
