Sweet Potato Salad Recipe | How to Make Sweet Potato Salad

In today's video i will be showing you how to make sweet potato salad which includes egg and mayo. Simple but yet a very delicious combination. You can serve this as a side dish, for a bbq or a holiday party.

Ingredients:
3 Sweet Potatoes (boil sweet potatoes beforehand for approx 25 mins and then leave to cool for half an hour)
3 hard boiled eggs (6-7 minutes boil)
1 Spring Onion Chopped
1 Red Onion Chopped
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Carrot Grated
6 Mint Leaves Chopped
4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
Salt to taste
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/4 Garam Masala
1/4 Cumin Powder or Jeera
1/4 Tsp Chilli Powder

Serves : 6
