The Moscow Mule. The perfect party pleaser?

So simple, so tasty, the Moscow Mule is always going to be a crowd pleaser. It's also a great alternative to drinks with sweeter mixers so it's one you can keep coming back to all night.

SPECS
60ml (2oz) vodka
20ml (3/4oz) lime
120ml (4oz) good quality ginger beer
A lime wheel to garnish

EQUIPMENT
A jigger
A copper mug or highball glass
A barspoon
A straw

METHOD
Add all of your ingredients to your mug or glass, and add as much ice as you can fit.
Give it a stir so the ice settles, add more ice and ginger beer if necessary. Garnish with your lime wheel, and enjoy!
