Profiling Individuals (2014)

Profiling is the ability to respectfully notice a person's non-verbals in order to accurately interpret their style of processing and their values that guide them. In this clip Michael Grinder profiles four people from various countries. Michael teaches the method of profiling in his "Perception Camp" and in "See Me." One of the many advantages of profiling is that you can offer a person a suggestion that is within their beliefs thus avoiding resistance. For example, "Because you are committed to (state their value), you may find it helpful to (offer the suggestion)...."
