Moody Blues - The best way to travel (BBC 1968, rare version)

I first heard this song on "Top of the Pops from London" around 7 August 1968. I managed to get a recording, but it is of poor quality and missing the beginning. BBC released a double CD 2007 which included two versions of the song from Top Gear 16 July 1968 and "Colour me Pop" 14 September 1968. The Top gear version is almost identical to the Top of the Pops version, except that it appears to be missing a track and has the album's fade out ending.
As I much prefer the hard (cold) ending to the song which appears to be unique to the Top of the Pops version, I have matched the closing 20 seconds of the Top Gear version to it. It is not perfect, but close. The song concludes with the original Brian Matthew voice over.
I have also included my original recording for comparison. The complete Top Gear version is readily available on Youtube, and it is also on the BBC double CD. I cannot find the "cold" version anywhere else, hence my posting.
