Butter bourbon filet steak sandwich

I made this melt in your mouth steak sandwich by cooking a beautiful filet in a cast iron skillet. I seared it in both sides and basted it with a garlic and thyme butter….then I added some of my homemade horseradish sauce to my ciabatta roll topping it off with caramelized onions and melted pepper jack cheese….enjoy
