PAGASA not discounting possibility of cyclone forming in next few days

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) is currently monitoring a cloud cluster east of Mindanao, as it has the potential to develop into a low pressure area (LPA) or even a tropical cyclone in the coming days.
