Air Fryer Cake That’s TOO Good | No oven, No flour ….melt-in-your-mouth texture

This flourless chocolate sour cream cake is incredibly light, moist, and full of flavor — and the best part? It’s made in an air fryer! No flour .No oven . Perfect for when you want a quick and rich dessert without turning on the oven.

Ingredients:

• 450 g sour cream

• 30 g cornstarch

• 50 g sugar

• 8 g vanilla

• 4 tbsp cocoa powder

• 4 eggs

Instructions:

1. Preheat your air fryer at 180–200°C (350–390°F) for 15 minutes.

2. Mix all ingredients together (you can use a mixer or whisk).

3. Pour into a baking dish.

4. Place in the air fryer, pour 100 ml of water under the dish.

5. Bake for 15 minutes at 150°C (300°F), then reduce to 100°C (210°F) for 30 more minutes.

6. Let cool, decorate with powdered sugar or berries, and enjoy!
