Before the First Race

When getting your Kart ready for the first race, there are many things to review. This video will go in-depth into each step you will need to take and review before heading to the track.

Plan 4-6 hours of time and give your kart the TLC it needs. In this video we are reviewing the following:

1) Initial inspection after storage
2) Wire harness removal / Replace
3) Mychron5 installation and Unboxing
4) Motor prep after shop re-build
5) Mounting the motor
6) Rear sprocket and chain install
7) Exhaust adjustment and install
8) Bumper inspection and securing
9) Battery install
10) Brake pad inspection and replace
11) Brake fluid flush
12) Air box and element install

The only thing left to do after this video is verify tire pressures, and suspension alignment.
