The Videx VS-25-DS is a Double End, Magazine Feed Thread Roller with a Controlled Start system, designed for double end thread rolling of straight studs.
The controlled start assures better quality threads and lower die cost per piece.
The machine is equipped with quick-change features for both thread and length.
The machine can roll up to 90 PPM and the actual production rate depends on the operator’s capacity.
In case the machine is fed from an external header, Videx is supplying upon request an automatic level control in the magazine that can control the feed of parts into the VS-25-DS.
