Is it worth upgrading from AMD Ryzen 1 to Ryzen 2? (Overview of the reviews)

With the release of the new line of Ryzen 2 CPU's: the 2700x, 2700, 2600x and 2600 it obviously rises the question is it worth upgrading from the first generation Ryzen 1 CPU's?
