What's going on everyone, I am an auditor in a big firm in NYC, I wanted to show you what you might be doing as a first year accountant. I will be speaking mainly on what auditors do at a public accounting firm. In this YouTube video i will be speaking about:

All of the tips and tricks I am showing you will be helpful in your career (in my personal opinion). These are some things that i did in order to stay ahead of the game and be recognized by my superiors.

Please remember that all of the things i mention are my personal experience, and in your firm you might encounter different responsibilities, which is okay. Remember to always learn from your managers, supervisors, and seniors, because they will be the ones teaching you for the most part.

Being an auditor in a public accounting firm is not easy, it comes with a lot of work and definitely a lot of responsibilities. Make sure you also continue to study for your CPA exam and get that out of the way as soon as possible.
