Localized Tornado - One of the Worst Useful Cards Ever

Localized Tornado has the effect, that it shuffles all cards from your hand and GY back into the deck. Now if this card only suffled your GY back into the deck it wouldnt be half bad, but the fact is also shuffles your hand makes the card almost unplayable. Because only suffleing back your GY with no other kind of upside already makes the card kind of niche, but shuffleing your hand back for no other benifits is just strait up a downside, because you need your hand to play the game.
