This video explains how to get into undergraduate architecture school and how to make an architecture portfolio for ADMISSION. To reiterate, this guide is for UNDERGRADUATE ARCHITECTURE APPLICANTS! I laid out a complete guide for incoming undergraduate students who might be interested in studying architecture at college or university. I discuss my thought process and thinking behind the creation of my architecture portfolio for university. There are a few tips and advice sprinkled throughout the video.

Although I already graduated from The Ohio State (I have my Bachelors of Science in Architecture, Class of 2020). I really wanted to give advice on portfolio making for the ~~high school seniors or high school juniors~~ who are considering going to architecture school at any college or university. Essentially, this is what I would do if I had to make a portfolio for architecture to apply to any college within the United States. Whether you want to include 3D models you did in art class, paintings, or even AutoCAD or Revit design work, these are all great additions to your application.

I also will teach you how to take SIMS SCREENSHOTS and make them into an ARCHITECTURAL DRAWING / RENDER!!!!! It is super easy to do! And will definitely set your architecture application and portfolio apart! I believe using The Sims to show your building skills is perfectly fine! We can really elevate your application and portfolio though, with a few simple Photoshop tricks. I also used Minecraft a lot to explore the idea of building. I think these are two really great games that really sparked my interest in buildings and allowed me to express myself creatively.

Let me know if you have any questions about anything! I'll be more than happy to help or respond. I know in my one portfolio walkthrough, you all really wanted a "undergraduate" or incoming freshman edition to the architecture portfolio. You guys asked and I answered!!
