Cake base:
150 grams unsalted butter
90 grams sugar
2 large egg yolks
120 grams all-purpose flour
20 grams cocoa powder
80 grams ground hazelnut
A pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla

Chocolate Creme Egg Mousse:
165 grams of Creme Egg chocolates
250ml heavy cream (80ml, 170ml)
8 grams powder gelatine
1 teaspoon vanilla

White Chocolate Mousse:
165 grams of white chocolate
250ml heavy cream (80ml, 170ml)
8 grams of powder gelatine
1 teaspoon vanilla
A few drops of yellow/lemon colouring

Preheat oven at 180°C, Bake for 15-20 mins
Chill in the fridge for minimum 3hrs or until set (2x)
