We baited the replacement line in the original location, and set a brand new line in a wider, deeper area downriver. We now have 36 hooks and are fishing roughly 16 feet of water upriver, and 21 feet downriver, but the levels are flooding up and then dropping rapidly in the days after, so exact depth will change daily. We have had two lines break in the upriver location in the last month, as we are constantly battling massive logs catching as they go by underwater. Both lines were recovered, but the fishing has been a struggle.
