In a ground-breaking national collaboration, Southend-on-Sea City Council is one of over 80 Local Authorities across England to have worked together on a new short film about fostering.
Southend urgently needs more people to become foster carers and help change the lives of local children and young people. Please watch our amazing new film that highlights anyone who cares has the potential to become a foster carer.
