Dave Goulson – Growing Flowers to Save the World #FOODTALK
[ITALIAN BELOW]
“There are many thousands of species of insect that pollinate, and between them they pollinate 87% of all the plant species in the world.”
“Without them we wouldn’t have most of our fruits and vegetables: they all depend upon insect pollinators, so we really need to look after these little creatures. So how can we do that? The good news it it’s quite easy.”
Dave Goulson is Professor of Biology at the University of Sussex and the author of several books about pollinator ecology and bumblebee conservation. In this Food Talk, he explains what we can all do to help reverse the potentially-catastrophic decline of the insect species who pollinate our crops.

Come possiamo farlo?
