Here's my favorite Halloween makeup look--PURRRRRR!!!!
This is my go-to look when it's last minute and the least I can do is paint my face!

You can leave out the body paint part and draw on the leopard spots straight on traditional glam makeup. When sketching out the spots, this misshapen horseshoes in different sizes and facing all directions.
