The Future of Powerlifting - USAPL Youth meet

If the children are our future, here's the future of powerlifting. I started when I was 12, some of these kids are starting at 8. This is awesome. Now don't get all bent out of shape...the young kids are having fun and not allowed to lift anything really heavy. When I was 14 I lost my first powerlifting meet by a few pounds and watched my brother win. I got a meet shirt and on the back I had airbrushed (it was the 80's) "I'll be back" I didn't come in second ever again until I came in 6th at the nationals in Bigger Stronger Fasterr* against the big boys....but I still benched 705, went 9 for 9 and put myself on the map. It all starts here people. Support the future of powerlifting. Thanks!
