Healthy Mint Chocolate Chip Milkshake | Vegan, Whole Food Plant Based, SOS-FREE

If you love a delicious mint chocolate chip ice cream sundae or milkshake you've got to try this creation! It's a healthy vegan, whole food plant based, and it's SOS-Free (no added salt oil or sugar). Best of all you get a MASSIVE helping of your greens in while enjoying this delicious and nutritious treat.

I came up with recipe after trying a smoothie at a local shop here in San Diego and then watching the Jane Esselstyn YouTube channel episode where they made mint cookies.

I hope you enjoy this and let me know how you tweak and perfect this healthy, vegan, WFPB desert!

Recipe
2 frozen (very ripe) bananas
heaps of fresh or frozen spinach
11/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon of mint extract (or to taste)
Cacao nips to taste
Almond or other plant milk (add as much as you need for blending or putting in the food processor and for the texture you like)
* Note - If you want to get fancy you can garnish with a few mint leaves.
