Features I like about this radio:
AM Reception is excellent with it's auto tuned Twin Coil Ferrite.
FM Reception is excellent.
Weather band reception is stellar.
Three Weather Alert Modes.
Able to listen to other bands while Weather Alert is Active.
Two Meter HAM band works very well.
Squelch settings for the Two Meter Band.
Active Scanning of the Five Presets while on the Two Meter Band.
Speaker Audio is very smooth.
Bass/Treble controls do a wonderful job sculpting the audio.
Bluetooth function is seamless.
Clear LCD display.
Clock.
Timer.
Alarm by Radio or Buzzer.
Three Levels of Brightness for the LCD display light.
Fine tuning on the Large Tuning wheel.
Frequency can be set to display all the time :)
Antenna retracts flush to the cabinet.
Antenna has an elbow on the end to allow a wide range of motion.
Sleep Function.
Timer Switch for Recorders that support this feature.
Line Out.
Headphone jack quality is great with no hiss. Bass Heavy.
External AM antenna connections.
D Cell operation.
Included AC cord, no power brick.

Features that could be added or improved on:
Add a Page button so the radio can have more presets.
Include the carrying satchel so this radio can be made even more portable.
Include CC Buds Headphones.

Overall, a premium radio with a premium price tag. Is the CC Radio 3 worth it? Yes it is. A portable radio that provides the owner with exceptional performance, audio quality and piece of mind with it's weather alert and 2m HAM bands. Kudos to C.Crane for producing such a fine instrument.
