What is Hair Balm, and how to use it to style the soft petals you see in all my razor cuts

Just a quick tutorial on Hair Balm: I apply it to wet or dry hair. It goes a bit further and feels lighter on wet hair, which is great for curls. On dry hair, I usually prefer using it for bangs, face-framing detailing, or on short hair that tends to get a little fuzzy.

I believe what gives a razor cut its beautiful and flexible look is avoiding the use of shampoo (using a cream cleanser instead) and applying a small amount of cream to the ends.
