Christina Patterson is a writer, broadcaster and critic for the Sunday Times. A former columnist at the Independent and Director of the Poetry Society, she’s a regular guest on Radio 2’s Jeremy Vine Show and Sky News. Her first book The Art of Not Falling Apart was described by the Mail on Sunday as 'a manual on how to survive in the 21st century'. Her new book – Outside, the Sky is Blue – has been described by the Observer as 'a bracing, heart-lifting read'. Christina is also a coach, facilitator, and host of the podcast The Art of Work.
