Using the steps and life SAVERS that Hal implements in his mornings can help you wake up refreshed and happy to start your day. Try to avoid the rearview mirror syndrome (RMS) and isolating incidents. A previous experience in life preventing us from making new ones is what RMS is all about. Someone who can’t commit to a new relationship because a previous one went awry. By isolating an event of today, you’re affecting who you are as a person in a whole. For example, you may think you can skip that workout today, but in reality, if you do it everyday, then you would be someone who doesn’t workout at all.
