Is SPF 30 enough for daily use❓

As it’s not easy to apply enough amount of sunscreen, ❤️I prefer the sunscreens with higher SPF and UVA protection.

❤️SPF 30 can be use indoor

❤️A tinted SPF 30 can be helpful for protecting skin from blue lights from screens📱👩‍💻💻

✅Both of them have noticeable fragrance
