This car came to me after being at the dealer for a recall, something to do with a software update... but, was that the cause of all this problems?

The car left the dealer with a quotation of around 2,000 pounds to have it repaired, the car went driving absolutely fine, but Audi blamed a remap on the engine ECU the cause of all this issues, and took no liability for it... (understandable...)
The car was indeed remapped, but was that the cause?
P2463 and P0202 were logged in the ECU...
Follow me on this video, to find out what was causing this faults, and how we got it resolved!...

NOTE: I later found that the DPF on this car had been previously removed... ence the signs of the ECU been opened and the soldering points to unlock it.
So, the car had to came back to sort the DPF issue.
I don't really understand how the car allowed to regen when the DPF was not even in there... go figure...
Any way, I can know confirm that the car is fully repaired and everything is working ok...
