Quick and Easy Pomfret Fry: A Weekend Dinner Game Changer!

Ingredients:-
Pomfret Fish (Vaval Fish)
1 tsp. Turmeric powder
2 tsp. Masala powder
1 tsp. Salt
Tamarind extract
Water
Oil
Method:-
Proper Marination:-
In a bowl, add turmeric powder, masala powder, tamarind extract, salt, water and mix it well.
Rub in the marination properly on the fish covering the whole fish and leave it to marinate for 2 to 3 minutes.
Frying Process:-
Heat some oil in a pan.
Place the fish in the pan.
Fry the fish on a moderate flame till it attains a golden brown colour.
After a minute or so flip the fish and fry it on another side for another minute or so.
Serve hot and impress your guests.
