🔧 What You'll Need:
12V DC Motor
Motor Bracket
Arduino Uno
L298N Motor Driver
2 Limit Switches (Micro-Switches)
👁️🗨️ How It Works:
By attaching two cleverly placed limit switches to the motor's body, we've transformed this DC motor into a precision instrument. Here's the magic: When one of these limit switches is triggered, our trusty Arduino Uno takes charge.
🔄 Seamless Rotation:
The Arduino detects the closed limit switch and orchestrates the motor's movement. It elegantly rotates the DC motor until it reaches the opposite limit switch, ensuring a seamless 90-degree rotation.
🔄 Smart Return:
But the magic doesn't stop there! After reaching the second limit switch, our Arduino gracefully reverses the motor, guiding it back to its original resting position.
