Turbo Airplane Propulsion - 3D Printed Impeller Fan - part 1

First of all, I know this is not a turbine but a fan or a blower. But turbo just sounds better!
After watching Tom Stanton's video about Coanda effect drone, I've decided it's time for me to start playing with centrifugal fans and try to use one to power an airplane. I know I'm not the first one. Samm Sheperd did something like this a few years ago. I, however, want to design, 3D print and test everything from scratch. Fluid dynamics is not my strongest side, so it's a bumpy adventure or trial and error.

So far I have a working prototype with 80mm #impeller that generates in test conditions around 135g of thrust. A very slow airplane might fly already. But efficiency currently is a joke, so I'm building a second, bigger, prototype that hopefully will give above 250g of thrust and more efficiency.
3D printed parts are not very accurate and it's super hard to have everything balanced and with low tolerances. That's another reason efficiency will never be high...
