This is a first look video of my time with The Segment Twins' demo. It is a fun new hack n' slash indie game set to release in June this year. The art style is a charm, the mechanics feel fun and the story is not so full on but it offers a tight and sound experience that will have you hackin' for more. The Segment World, Unique Tag Action

n The Segment World, Each stage has two backgrounds that coexist in a segmented form. Each background separates into the twin zones. You can do tag action through segments and use each style of attack.

The Mush Hunter Twins, "Amanda" and "Matilda"

These are twin girls who make a living by eradicating Mush. The twin girls have a "Gunslinger" and "Sword Master" attack style.

Stylish and Hit Satisfaction

The game is fast-paced in classic arcade format. You can feel a good hit satisfaction as the battle is the main one.

Various Mush and Five Charming Bosses

Defeat various types of mush and defeat overwhelming bosses!

Toon Style Graphics

It features unique graphics that mimic Comics' feelings, including halftone and glitch effects.

Simple Control, Various Movements

The game is played with two actions, a dash, and an attack. Tag actions and stick command inputs enable a variety of derived attacks.
Acquisition and Loss of EXP

Experience points can be obtained by combating the Item Box or Mush, and the higher the level, the more available stick command input skills are unlocked. However, if the twins are damaged, they will lose their experience points, and if the level goes down, the skills that were unlocked will be locked again.

Upgrade Ablilities

Money can be obtained through the eradication of Item Box or Mush, which can be used to enhance the twins' abilities. There are eight capabilities, and if you have money, you can raise the capability as you want.

And The Beginning of Segmented Journey

The two curious twins, as usual, fall into The Segment World without knowing it...
