The street lifting muscle up explained.
In a street lifting competition this is the 1st out of the 4 lifts. (Muscle up, pull up, dip, squat) It has the lowest contribution to the total, but the biggest wow effect for crowd and is one of the pull factors into the sport.
What is your opinion? Do you like the 4 lifts format or do you think muscle up + pull up is overkill? For me personally, I like the combination as it keeps the sport connected to its roots and differentiates it from other 1RM sports like power lifting.
