AI ATTENDANT and VOTER INFORMATION CALL FLOW

This short video depicts a phone call from a citizen to the town elections hotline answered by CI’s Virtual Concierge’s AI Attendant. Some of the features demonstrated are a conversational exchange between the caller and AI Attendant, caller verification, and multiple requests for information and delivery of responses from the AI Attendant. Features also available but not shown here are GLA (Global Language Assist) for callers whose preferred language is not English and SMS Text confirmation of information provided.
