Camping at Litchfield National Park Northern Territory, Wangi Falls Family Travel Australia

Welcome back to our latest video. In 2019 we spent a few nights at exploring Litchfield National Park.
Litchfield National Park is a two-hour drive south of Darwin, in the Northern Territory. The main route in is the sealed Stuart Highway, via the tiny gateway township of Batchelor.

We stayed at Litchfield Safari Park, a small caravan park close to Wangi Falls.
Whilst in Litchfield National we headed to Walker Creek for a swim, where the access to to most waterholes was very easy with the family.
From there we went for a swim at Wangi Falls, Litchfield's largest and most accessible waterfall.
We also headed to Buley Rockholes for a swim, which one again is easily accessable and such a great place for the family to have a swim in the collection of natural spas and whirlpools.
We also took the 4WD track to the Lost City which was a pretty easy track. The lost city is s a series of large sandstone outcrops that evoke the remains of an ancient civilisation.
On our way home we headed to The Magnetic Termite Mounds, which is one of Litchfield National Park's most impressive sights is the hundreds of termite mounds standing up to two metres high in a wide swathe of empty ground.
