The Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack Is All Too Familiar... And Bad! Who would have ever thought! During, roughly, the middle of the Nintendo 64 era, developers were having a hard time working with the hardware they were given, so they needed a little boost. Nintendo then dropped the Expansion Pak. This provided the console with an extra 4 megabytes of RAM! How revolutionary. Since this expansion came out a bit late, it wasn't utlizied all too much. Over 20 years later in late 2021, Nintendo released another expansion pack, but this one was a bit different. It allowed you to rent horribly emulated Nintendo 64 games through their online service on their latest console! Input lag, bad texture filtering, weird artifacts among countless other glitches, this thing had it all!
