Our elf on the shelf, Finn, brought us a fun breakfast from the North Pole! Spend a fun Sunday with my family enjoying a very sugary breakfast and making salt dough ornaments of the kids handprints. Of course there’s a little bit of cleaning because #momlife.

Salt Dough Instructions:

1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
1/2 cup water
Mix together until its a dough
Separate and roll flat, cut out shape, press hands into it

I placed them on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
Bake at 250* F for 1 1/2 - 3 hours (until hard, time varies on thickness of dough)

If keeping for more than one season seal with mod pod or some sort of sealer to keep form molding.
