This part will show you how to prepare your cake tin, and then make a special mango batter with fresh Alphonso mangoes and a bit of saffron to add richness to the flavour. I will then show you the proper technique to bake it so your cakes comes our clean and soft. Ingredients:
Flour (Maida) - 1 1/4 cup (160 gms),
Powdered Sugar - 2 tbsp,
Baking Powder 1 tsp,
Baking soda 1/2 tsp,
Condensed milk 200 ml,
Butter 100gms,
Mangoes 1/2 cup,
Saffron in hot milk,
Vanilla essence 1tsp,
Water/milk - 1/2 cup
