Ask These 4 Simple Questions To Improve Your Year

Annual reviews are one of the most productive things I do! In this video I share my simple system for annual reviews... which you may already know! The WRAP Method we use for weekly reviews is also effective for a year in review. Here are the four questions/prompts to ask yourself...

[Wins] What went well? What am I proud of this year?
[Results] What were the results of my goals and intentions?
[Alignment] Are my actions and habits aligning with the person I want to be?
[Pivot] Based on my answers and new opportunities, how do I want to pivot next year?

Even if time is short this season, it's worth the time to think through the past year. I promise it will give you more peace and clarity for new year planning, goals, and intentions.
