Derivation of Enzyme Kinetics for Noncompetitive Inhibition
Organized by textbook: https://learncheme.com/
Derives the rate expression for an enzyme reaction with a substrate to make a product where an inhibitor competes for the substrate and it also competes for the enzyme-substrate complex to form an inactive complex; this is noncompetitive inhibition (or mixed inhibition). The rate determining step approximation is used to determine the rate expression.
