Alright people the One Punch Man training is not a realistic training regiment especially the 10km run. I would not advise anyone to do that off the bat. Start with 1 mile till you gradually work up to a pace you are comfortable with. Then go 0.5 miles above that for the following week. Slowly increase your workouts.
