New York: Fog covers Hudson River creating city 'in the clouds'

The skyscrapers of Upper Manhattan were partially hidden beyond a mesmerising, swirling cloud of fog that made the Hudson River disappear.

The footage, filmed from New Jersey, made New York City appear to be "in the clouds".
