I don’t claim this is healthy for the skin, and the fumes are toxic, I do not follow the manufacturers instructions!! Do this at your own risk as every outcome could be different. After a lot of trial and error I found this method to work the best to bleach his stubborn whiskers. Also I tried many toners and none of them worked like I wanted to get out the brassiness so I use a pale violet color instead and it works great. I apologize that I get in the way of the camera on a few shot this was a hard shot to set up in a limited space, plus I didn't want to get bleach everywhere. Kudos to Mo he takes a beating to turn into Santa and he takes it very serious, loves to make the kids smile. It took us 4.5 hours to film this video I cut it down as much as I could. New Growth has to be done about ever 2 to 3 weeks, I only bleach that one time about 40 to 50 minutes, and color (tone) it again. But you can extend it a little with tips at the end of the video with white hair paint.

Bleach (2 times 50 minutes first time 40 times 2nd time)
1 part Goldwell By Goldwell Oxycur Platin Dust Free Lightening Powder to 1.5 parts Goldwell Topchic Developer Lotion - 12% 40 Vol. 32.0 oz

Semi permanent Color (1 time I leave on for 20 minutes could probably go 30)
TIGI Bed Head Colour  3.04 fl.oz. Pale Violet to equal parts Goldwell Topchic Developer Lotion - 6% 20 Vol. 32.0 oz
