How-To Add SPF Record Namecheap?

1. Accessing Namecheap Advanced DNS - Log into your Namecheap account and navigate to the Domain List, Find your specific domain and click the manage button beside it, Select the Advanced DNS tab to view all of your records.
2. Creating the New Record - Click the "Add New Record" button at the bottom of the list, Choose "TXT Record" from the dropdown menu for the record type, In the "Host" field, you should enter the `@` symbol.
3. Entering Your SPF Value - Paste your email provider's SPF string into the main "Value" field, An example value is `v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all` for Google Workspace, Ensure you only have one single SPF record for your domain.
4. Finalizing and Checking Setup - Leave the TTL (Time to Live) setting on the "Automatic" option, Click the green checkmark icon to save your new TXT record, Allow up to 48 hours for DNS propagation to fully complete.
