UMF®20+ Manuka honey is one of nature's rarities. To provide our bees with many of the delicate Manuka flowers as they need to produce it, we have to go to great lengths. Sometimes the forests are so remote, we have to fly our hives into the area by helicopter. In all, we have our 35,000 beehives working to produce Manuka honey. Of all the honey they produce, less than 1% is of the UMF® grade to sit in this bottle. You have before you something rare and precious.
