I forgot to mention in this video that some food can help too. For instance if You have some sugar cravings or You like snacking after dinner you could try to find foods that don't have much effect on blood sugar or that contain at least some nutrients. For example, white dried mulberries can be a good choice because they are small (so they can replace candies) and in addition they contain some nutrients.
